Bliss is a true passion project many years in the making! Partners Alison and Jason strive to create wholesome, delicious treats with fresh ingredients, limiting the amount of artificial flavors and colors and instead relying on the beauty in nature to help bring their creations to life. With formal training at The French Culinary Institute and over two decades of experience as both an artist and a pastry chef, Alison is devoted to bringing innovative, aweinspiring, works of art to the culinary world. Jason’s medical and quality control background keeps them aligned with healthy alternatives to highly processed foods and up to date on all things relating to whole body health.
